Does the 11.0.5 change to raid skip quests apply to Hellfire Citadel?

Was very excited to see the patch that such quests are now account-wide. Except that it doesn’t seem to be working consistently.

I know the change hasn’t been applied to any of the Shadowlands raids yet, but I thought that the Warlords of Draenor raids were included? I’ve completed both the HFC quests on Mythic on one toon, but post-patch when zoning into Mythic HFC on another toon, I only get the first quest’s skip portal. At the point of the next portal, Khadgar’s just standing there, offering me the second skip quest instead of the portal already being open.

[edit: the second skip quest does mention “your warband previously did this” but the toon actually standing there isn’t benefiting from that fact]

It looks like you’ve answered your own question.

If you think it’s not working as it’s supposed to, you’ll want to post in bug reports (the section QA actually looks at)

I was rather hoping to find out whether the patch was supposed to apply to the second quest, before jumping to claiming that it’s broken. The stickied “known issues” list is pretty slim compared to the community’s confirmed bugs, so I thought I’d ask.

It’s very likely was supposed to apply the second quest but there is likely a bug. You should report it as a bug.

On the bright side the first boss of Hellfire was always the most annoying bit to run anyways.
