Does stat proc and % increase crpt stack?

I know that if I run 2 versatile, they don’t buff each other, they just stack.
So it gives 12*2=24%, not 0.12^2 = 24.4%
But if I run 1 versatile, 1 surging versatility, will the 1 versatile increase the effectiveness of the surging versatility, or does ‘all sources’ not include other corruption?

YEP. its from “all” sources.
