It’s amazing that you twist everything in your mind to fit your arrogant nonsense.
Citation on that?
Because I can tell you that they seem more unpopular than torghast.
Don’t be toxic and then be mad you were called out for being toxic
Blizzard themselves saying their happy with how delves are performing is the only metric we have. I doubt they’d be saying they’re happy with it if it was getting low engagement.
They are offering more rewards because they are popular therefor trying to incentivize more people to do them.
I have no proof but that’s pretty hilarious
The irony of this statement is palpable.
I just think it’s kinda trendy among top end players to bash on delves. It’s the new thing, one they feel “forced” to minimally engage with, and it’s currently a mark of a “superior” player to talk down on them. All indications tell me that delves have been well received by a significant portion of the player base.
To an extent yes.
I am thinking back to the “controversy” back in Burning Crusade where a hardcore raiding guild got a Thori’dal - The Stars Fury to drop and the hunter was passed over for the drop in favor of a rogue because they felt like the hunter didn’t “pay their dues” enough. It’s speculated that the real reason was so that they could have a top level member be world first to get every single legendary. Just a perfect example of how political guilds can get especially in regards to legendaries.
Memorable moments like that wouldn’t happen without scarcity.
I dunno why it would surprise you that blizzard would add desired things to popular content, people have been asking for alternatives to Raiding/mythic since forever, they have been trying, and failing, since WoD to make that a reality, Delves are the thing thats gotten the closest to being a successful solo side content, and clearly they’re putting more resources into keeping it going. WoW has never had a problem abandoning “Bad” Content, we’ll see what happens with S2, but I suspect it will be more of the same. We wont know how good or bad delves actually did until Midnight.
It’s gotten so bad they only give heroic dungeon players blue gear that’s like 60 ilevels below max ilevel. And the vault was meant more to help offset bad rng I guess and not be the main source of loot but here we are.
Considering I don’t get mad over the forums there isn’t any irony.
Who said anything about being mad. You don’t have to be mad to be toxic. Read the words before you reply.
Because they base rewards on difficulty.
By giving gilded to trivial content it’s to incentivize more people to do it.
Basically them doing that is admitting delves aren’t popular.
You clearly didn’t read.
blizzard admits in blue post that delves are great and they’re happy with their performance, adds a reward to T11, when most people were farming T8 because there was no point going to T11, Delves are clearly doing badly so they needed more rewards.
in that same post they admit the Mythics arent doing great, and they’re going to be looking at buffing their rewards specifically because they’re not doing great.
Seems to me like the mythics are the ones that are underperforming here.
To buff raid rewards to be comparable to delves you’d need to have LFR drop normal normal drop heroic and heroic drop mythic, and players get an item every other boss guaranteed.
Goes to show how little attention I pay to you.
I mean heroic dungeons are giving heroic raid gear. I never get these arguments…loot hasn’t been difficulty locked since freaking tbc.
Players have never cared less about loot then now. Just let my alts get mythic track in 12s >.>
Theres exceptions here and there, weekly events boxes and such as you say, but the trend is consistent.
