In conclusion the average MMR(>12 wins) went up by 17,18 and 26 MMR in DF season 1, TWW season 1 weeks are 14,14 and 9(less).

Yep, no one is playing due to terrible proposed balances and even worse decisions making it to production live servers.
Blizzard (alongside some of the more overzealous forum goers) seem to believe that being able to get high ratings early in a given season is a bad thing.
I’d personally see nothing wrong with the top of the ladder being 3k+ week 1 as long as a decay was implemented at r1 range.
Inflation is a stupid mechanic that should be removed entirely in favor of consistency throughout the season (and across seasons).
