I had the mechsuit quest - the very first one that I had accepted. My buddy has just reminded that I had it…and it’s gone. No item. No quest. Checked bank. Clean quest log.
Did it go away for anyone else?
It starts the quest A Mech in Need that I have completed. I have verified it by using the command, as written on the wowhead page = “true”, as in it has veeb cometed.

And then what?
The NPC Speaker Jurlax offers no other quests.
The initial quest was done on my Mook Peexify-A52
Edit: Moved it to Customer Support - seemed more appropriate.

Bug reports would be better legetimate earned rewars dont go poof.
I was really hoping for support folks to look into my quest log on my monk to be honest and verify that this is indeed a bug.
Where are you looking? When on your Monk, Jurlax appears to have the quest Machine Without Cogs for you.

I still have the quest for Cinderbrew’s item in my log so they weren’t removed.
So, I will go ahead and drown myself in the pool of my own embarrassment. For some reason, a rather unknown one to me, I thought this was the wrong quest and not the quest associated with the chain.
Why ? I don’t know.
Am I deeply embarrassed. Yes.
Can we pretend this has never happened?

edit: I got the mount. Took me about 2 hours of normal solo clears on my Brewmaster. About 3-4 clears per dungeon. I just pulled the entire instance solo lol. Was fun.

It happens more often then u think around here were all human well i am a demi god but thats another story.
