Someone linked me his resto shaman and it’s decked out in all 226 PvE gear…and looking at his PvP tab, he hasn’t even ONCE done an arena. If he has other characters, maybe he does PvP on them, but if that resto shaman is the only character he has, it makes sense that changes never happen. How can he know the state of PvP if he has not once tried it this expansion? SMH please tell me this is not true.

You should not be allowed to make changes on the game unless you have consulted masters of those class that aren’t conflicts of interest by Activision.
Everyone needs to realise World of Warcraft is not a game for this monstrous company. It’s a machine to make money, Every tweak, change, release date, announcement is always for maximized profit.
Example. 9.1 is Q3 and TBC is Q4
