I like to level up alts most of the time, but the time that i need to wait for og’s dgs is so annoying, and i’m actually from brazil, knowing that, i would like to know if i’m in a pt-br realm it will do cross-realm to us realms or i need to create alts in another realm to get a faster queue?
After doing some research on that, queues are cross-realm… you can be queued and be put into a dungeon group across all realms on your Americas account. So the realm you’re on shouldn’t affect that.
What does typically affect queues is your role… if you’re a DPS, it’s going to be a longer wait since DPS are pretty common, while tanks and healers are much less common. In addition, if you’re queueing at off-peak hours, there may not be enough players queueing to form a group.

Queuing for a specific dungeon also seems to take longer than queuing for a random dungeon.
If you are level 20 and have the level 20 class quest to run The dungeon, it seems the be your first random queue dungeon after accepting the quest most of the time.
