Does boosting a level 30+ give you max professions?

used to be when you boosted a character like level 30+ or maybe level 50+, it would boost the professions you learned on that character.

is that still the case? or is boosting a level 70 to level 85 no different from boosting a level 1

Not that I’ve noticed…and I’ve boosted two over the years.

boosted a druid i had at level 45 with enchanting and inscription leveled to their max for his level, they were not raised upon boosting.
Boosted today.

When I boosted in retail it had to be lvl 60 to get the prof boost
