It is impossible to play arenas. They have made it so gear dependent and then so difficult to get the gear… I came back to this game and I am ready to leave after a month. Not trying to cry about it, honestly unsure if Blizzard knows what they have created.
Why did they make it so that the gear doesn’t scale in Arena anymore? Why is this game not skill based, and cooldown management based? What is the plan here?
Didn’t everyone complain that gear didn’t matter for 2 xpacs? Now it does and people still complain… Lose/Lose. 
the grind is only worth it if you actually really like playing the game (the mmo part)

No, people complained when you had no choice on stats because templates. People complained when pve trinkets destroyed people.
To make it through right now you gotta have nerves of steel and that’s kind of a bummer. PvP is fun right now but it’s wild af.
Legion stat templates and gearing (with scaling) in 8.0-8.0.5 was vastly superior to this

Honestly if class design wasn’t the worst it’s ever been, and the most pruned it’s ever been, legion could have been the best expac.
