For a long time I’ve harbored suspicion that Seething Shore is a prioritized map to get picked from the “random” rotation of BG’s.
I finally decided to check the armory, because it totals up all BGs played, so you can see how many WSG, AB, seething shore, etc.
The armory shows Seething Shore obviously played less times than any other BG, because it’s the newest. But is there a website that can tell which BG’s I played in this expansion?
Also, does anyone else feel like Seething Shore is the most common map to get

I use the REFlex addon which keeps a history of which BGs I play. I did two brawls and got SS twice, won one, lost one.

I don’t get it very often it seems =/
People might be specific queuing for it.
Specific queuing causes some BGs to be favored over others.

Lol I have more Seething Shore than any of your other BG’s. But yeah, like I queue a lot so it’s something I’ve just picked up on
This. I feel so bad for single-queueing DWG for Market Dominance and knowing I caused 29 other people to be in there with me.
All the BG’s I have played are from BFA… seething shore does not look favored .

My assumption is that its emotional bias that makes us feel that way.
I personally dont care for that map and many outright hate it.
So even if it comes up a avg amount of times it triggers us and has more of a impact than the others. So its easy to seem like its more abundant that it is.

Seething shore is my most played, but not by a lot. Though it certainly does feel that its the BG 50% of the time.
Definitely a bias based on how much I hate that map.
Also I created this character in BFA, so no old results.
Anyone know of an addon to track stuff like this account wide? I’d be curious.
It’s a pretty well documented phenomenon.

Pareidolia. It’s a form of apophenia, which is a more general term for the human tendency to seek patterns in random information.
This is true but not quite so narrow. Memories are formed in 2 primary ways. 1 emotional impact. 2. repetition.
I use to feel this way about isles of conquest even though horde had about a 90% win rate. I hated that bg.
I absolutely do not like this map at all. It’s too big, team mates get scattered all over the map, and its impossible for a team to catch up once they’re wiped out on the bottom.
I would rather just do Arathi Basin, Eye of the Storm, Warsong Gulch and nothing else.

I really don’t know why they don’t bring back whitelisting for BG’s.
seems stubborn.
I think I get it about the same as other BGs, but I just remember it more because I hate it so much
I tend to remember things I strongly dislike 
I got the 100 wins achievement before multiple older maps.
When it was new it was definitely favoured, now I’m not as sure.
