So I have made many alts in my time playing WOW, but i have not played one class for a significant amount of time and learned multiple specs of one class well. I know guides are there to help you get started but i feel that you don’t really learn the spec as well going based off what a player tells what to do. I try to play a class and learn on my own but end up having to go to a guide because i have no idea on the rotation. I try to pick talents that i think would work well but end up copy and paste what better players pick which isn’t a bad thing since they have way more knowledge about the spec you are trying to learn.
-I think from now on, instead of picking the top race for each class/spec, i am going to make a new character and pick the race i want to play vs what is recommended. I made a NE Warlock recently and leveled partly through PVP and i despised it. Sorry for all the NE PVP mains but i just think both male and female cast animations are horrible. Shadowmeld is a very good racial, but the animations make it a no for me.
-One other note, what is the fun in queing up for a BG and fighting in the middle and not even try for objectives? I see this on both Alliance and Horde. I also notice a lot that hardly anyone tries to take out enemy healers first and they why the opponents never die. If we try to take out the healer and lose i would be more ok with that because at least we tried. Sorry for the long rant but its something that i have been wanting to say for a while.
It’s sort of like the bell curve meme where you go in not knowing anything and just end up fighting roads, eventually figure out objectives and how each map plays then just going back to fighting
Because it’s fun
