Hoping this is the right sub-forum to post this.
As the subject says. I just leveled two allied races to 50 (working on a third) for the sole purpose of race changing two of my current characters to those races. Before chucking out the cash for the change I wanted to verify that even though those two characters weren’t a Lightforged or Void Elf initially, when they do change over they gain the ability to still use the heritage armor I received from leveling the initial allied race characters. Also, do the race changed characters gain access to purchase the allied race’s tabard as well? Thanks for any input.
If you’ve unlocked and acquired your Heritage Armor already, then it is unlocked for life on that account, and you can use it on any characters that are that race.

Yes, once you earn heritage armor it’s available for all characters who are currently that race or allied race, no matter their previous race. Same for the tabards, they can use the tabard appearance. They can probably do the intro quest to get the tabard too, if they go back to the questgiver.
