or switch up when playing?

Anyone else have preferences and what kind of music?

I’ve switched up to listening to my “Supernatural” playlist when in the Maw (someone knew their artists on that show. Best rock) For some reason makes Torghast and Maw more fun.

Do like Ardenweald music. Liked most of BFA’s except Mechagon- drove me nuts.

Added edit 7/22/22 - I also fell in love with Maldraxxus music. Just beautiful.

I typically play with most game sounds off after my first play through of an area, usually to listen to an audiobook or something on a second screen.

Sometimes I’ll listen to the game music (usually gets turned on when I do my mount runs in Ulduar and ICC)

Sometimes I’ll listen to Hamilton (a million things I haven’t done)

Sometimes I’ll just listen to my playlists.

Sometimes I just listen to the voices in my head. In his house in Ry’leh, dead Cthulhu waits dreaming . . .

Game for raid/M+, but often I put on vocal trance while doing more casual things

I turn the game music off. And usually listen to an audio book. Unless it’s raid night. Then discord is on

Minimal game sounds for DBM voice cues then I often put music on when in M+

Mostly I play wow with Oblivion or Skyrim music in the background. If I’m hyped up on caffeine I throw on the electronic dance music :sunglasses:

I can’t concentrate if I listen to outside music. Game music is turned low. Ambiance is turned up a little higher.

For WoW I listen to the in game music for awhile at first. Then eventually into an expansion I put on some tunes or watch youtube as I play.

For Torghast I use pretty much anything from Mick Gordon. The guy that worked on the music from the recent Doom games. And the first season or two of Killer Instinct

When I play WoW, I like to focus on WoW.

for me its draenor or pandaria pvp on a loop. sometimes i use a custom playlist

I enjoy the atmospheric music and sound fx that are everywhere in SL like wood cracking and wind in Ardenweald.

Most of the time I listen to the game music and ambience. But occasionally I will listen to something on YouTube, especially when going through Torghast.

Usually I prefer listening to music or youtube videos while playing. I listen to my music playlist, sea shanties, the Fallout soundtrack or the Fire Emblem soundtracks.
I don’t really have the in-game music on all that much. Except on the occasions that I do a /cheer or /silly

And if anyone cares, my music playlist consists of mostly The Offspring, Gorillaz, Sum 41, Metallica, Queen, Soundgarden, Sublime, and whatever else.
