Do you level with or without warmode on?

I level without. I know that losing 15-20% exp is big but not worth it if you are getting ganked by max levelers

when I leveled my monk I didn’t get ganked once with warmode on.

I level with it on. But then again I leveled most of my characters in TBC/Wrath/Cata on PvP servers, so I’m used to the “danger” of it, though tbh there isn’t really much if you stay away from certain hot zones like HFP.

Working on a velf spriest. Currently 80. Had a 120 rogue kill me once in darkshire. Then had a 64 mage try to gank me in borean tundra when I was 73. I killed the mage. Other than that, PvP did not happen. Would highly recommend the 20% boost.

Well Bluster said it. Just avoid the usual hotspots for ganking. If you spent any amount of time leveling on PvP servers prior to war mode then you should know them most likely. Dusk wood, STV, HFP, etc etc etc

Fair enough. I’m sure it also has a lot to do with the time you play. I’m living in Eastern Europe now, so by the time I get to play it’s very early morning/afternoon in the states.

I have been playing with war-mode off.

I have yet to play with it on ever!..and I have played BFA since the get go.

I level at peace.

I sometimes level with it on and sometimes off. I have a monk that I keep warmode on and another warrior that keeps it off. Its nice sometimes to just level in peace without getting ganked regularly.

I level with warmode on but then again standing 5sec in town to get insta queued doesnt really do much for world questing but eh maybe that one moment I want to step outside.

I level without warmode on. I hate PVP.

Even if each quest gave me 500g extra, I wouldn’t turn WM on.

Leveled five characters and about ten levels between three others with the toggle firmly welded off. Not even remotely interested in being somebody else’s content.

All my alts are at least 110… except the 4 allied races I need to level.

Anyways, I level my 110+ with WM on and I do pet battlemaster dailies and the WM buff does apply. Each pet master from Classic zones to MoP gives 27,440 exp for the daily. The pet masters from TBC give between 15k to 19k for the battle itself and the ones from Wrath to MoP give around 21k.

Off. Just want to do my thing. Includes fishing. Also leaves option to go afk without going to a safe place. Or logging/waiting for the 20 timer to log. family man lifestyle fun. When you are needed…you are needed now sometimes lol.

Depends on the zone. I wanted to do all the quests in STV recently so it was Off. I am in Northrend now so it is On. Just be smart about it. But if getting killed once or twice bothers you, ignore WM and quest in peace.

I lvl with warmode on. Any lvl before 110 my toon might get ganked once or twice because pvp happens lol but very rarley corps camped. 110 -120 is different. But cant complain too much. When leveling in zones other max lvl toons are in its bound to happen. Thats world pvp.
