I leave group first and then hearthstone because that’s the best way to minimize unwanted social interaction. But I always /thank after we kill last boss.

one time, I was questing in durotar, some hunter invited me to his group, we killed 5 npcs together for a quest. I had my overload of my social interactions for that day, so I /quit the game.

Block everyone in the group, leave, hearth, then delete character

I do neither, I portal to dalaran.

I dont do anything because youre not going to catch me in a pug.
At best, a lone shaman will be invited into my run with my friends, at worst, were 5 stacked and in discord.
But that was also weeks ago, havent needed heroics after one world tour. It just became achi runs after that.
I always invite a mage.

depends on the group
Leave the group and race to the entrance/exit before it teleports me out.
I live on the edge.

I will usually wait for like 10s or so for a mage to open a portal. and if nada, I just hearth out and leave group after I make it to town.
Not sure why we always have to ask mage to open it. Just open it at the end.
Haven’t done any dungeons yet. Lol. I just BG.
You can’t even talk to the other player in hearthstone without using emotes.

I usually heart say thanks all and then get on with what I wanted to do, if you wait long enough they all leave anyway
