Do you hearthstone or leave group first after finishing a LFG dungeon?

I tend to hearth pretty quickly once the last boss dies unless there was talk of running more. But I’ll stay in the group for a little bit to keep chatting (if that’s happening) and/or see if people want to run more stuff.

First I get everyone’s contact info and make plans for following up before giving them my warmest personal parting regards because LFG has resurrected that small town community feeling that we all play MMORPGs to experience.

Always hit em with the ty for group or GGs, leave group and then hearth

I do it differently. This is how I leave groups:

1- within 30sec of everyone zoning in I ask “hmu after run if you want a d*ck pic”
2- get booted
3- follow group doing random emotes until zone kicks me

Its fun but my rep gains are so slow.

i start casting portal to dalaran and then right before it finishes casting i cancel cast and alt f4

The LFG tool is a little too much social interaction for my liking so I disabled my chat box

if i want to avoid social interaction, i don’t say any thing. most players don’t even acknowledge you or any one else in the group any way. they just want to beat the last boss and be done with the run.

and honestly? there’s some days when i don’t even blame them…and days where i can totally relate with them.

OP clicked on “Open Draft”, made a topic title and message…then clicked on “Create Topic” and boom. thread is made.

Neither does tank nor healer. And yet we do our jobs.
Not to mention it’s a common practice to pop a portal.

i dont even bother with a thanks id say 80% of the time, i just want to get into the next dungeon asap

I’m still waiting for RDF to put me back to where I started. But the boomers cry about RDF

  1. Say thanks if others also do so, also wish people happy leveling/dungeoning
  2. Use either of the following exit options:
    2a. Take Mage portal if available
    2b. Hearthstone out
    2c. If in Violent Hold, run out the front entrance
  3. Drop group
  4. Relist into LFG
  5. Spam “Ranged DPS LF X Heroic” till new group forms
