I play Black Desert Online when I’m sick of WoW. Try something else if you are unhappy. Games are meant to be fun.

Tbh, while my computer is decent, probably couldn’t handle ESO. Plus no offense, I like reg skyrim better. Just wish I had it (lost it a long time ago)

Though not recognized per say as a faction I have pride in my real faction the Unseen Path.

We do not fight for glory, for fame, or riches.
We exist to protect those who need it most, often without reward or recognition.
We are the watchers in the wild.
We are the eagle on the wind.
We walk the lonely road.
For ours is the Unseen Path. :wolf::zap:

Sadly, no. I have Goblin pride, but I play Alliance because my friends are here.

The lore has gotten muddled to the point that I just can’t with it.

I would have Forsaken pride prior to Sylvanas strange descent into unambiguous villainy.

I have Goblin pride because they are the absolute own.

I have Bronzebeard Dwarf pride because only Goblins come close to rivaling their awesomeness.

But the Horde has gone off the rails, and the Alliance has become so soft and emo and just–not intimidating. Sigh. No. No faction pride.

The only horde character I have is called something like Alliancenol (Alliance no 1) and I go to Orgrimmar to make fun of horde.

When is it Alliance’s turn to have a choice? Why can’t I get revenge for Teldrissil? Why am I forced to help the very people who killed my family? Why can’t we kill Horde like they did Alliance? I would rather have this World burn then help scum Horde.

THEY ALL BURNED TELDRISSIL NOT JUST SYLVANAS.

Why though? If you mean the NPC’s then fair enough, the players aren’t the ones writing the story.

My Dwarf (only 120 Alliance) has more faction pride than all 12 of my Horde characters. I still see the Alliance for what it is; good guys. They’re going out to stop the bad guys, and they’re suffering the losses as they go. Which is sad, they definitely have been written poorly, but at least the Alliance has been consistent.

The Horde has gone through so many identity crises that I don’t think even Blizzard knows what it is anymore. Last expansion we were heroes, this expansion we’re villains. MoP we were villains, too, but before that we were heroes. I’m so tired of it, it’s just awful to put up with.

The Alliance have plenty of issues in the writing, but at least it hasn’t changed much through WoW’s life.

OMG, that’s what we’re dealing with there, and they actually had some kind of Q&A with some of their writers…goofy guys congratulating themselves on being “so good,” and I wanted to throttle both of them for that attitude. My daughter wrote better, deeper, more complex, and more original stories when she was in the 3rd grade.
