Sin is a crime against a deity. If there’s no deity, where’s the crime?
i think that part of the problem is that people replaced the faith they should have in themselves with the faith they place in a higher being, or many other higher beings.
even the idea that there is an afterlife, maybe there is, maybe there isn’t. it shouldn’t matter. we shouldn’t need it to exist in the first place. we shouldn’t need concepts like heaven or hell or eternal happiness or after-death rewards to make life itself better.
there should be no reason to believe in a higher power, but rather to believe that the highest power is within oneself, in other words, to understand that we don’t go though life, but that rather life goes through us.
Well i am not doing the condemning. I just try to follow what is written and not what an organization of men say.
Proverb 19.99
We all die eventually, so I’m not really understanding your point here.
Living leads to death.
we all die… once. If you are unrepentant, twice
And yet you let the organization of men tell you to look down on a group of people trying follow the same teachings you follow.
yes 1 death, sometimes 2
not look down on, to help.
Yet another “huh?” from me.
Ramen. I have been touched by his noodly arms
May we be baptized by marinara sauce
I hear that rich people get 3!
Catholics neither want nor need you “help”.
Sin is a religious construct. If you don’t believe in the religion, the sin doesn’t apply to you. Or are you saying you also subscribe to the sins established by Judaism and Islam?
All hail the pasta gods!
it’s called the…

I see ourselves as little voidlings that got shoved into a meat prison for misbehaving
Yeah. I’m just enjoying the down hill slide at this point.
