Faction queues are fine if the people waiting in queue can play on a different layer. That way they can still play. I also suggested making new servers where the balance would be enforced from the start. Then free transfers. Um hang on ill link them

Faction Imbalance on PVP servers - Solutions

To help resolve the faction imbalance, I have some ideas. Don’t allow cross server battle ground queues right away until the balance is more scaled out. Let it be server only. This will entice server transfers to avoid long queue times. Open up transfers for Alliance from alliance dominated servers. There are a lot of pve alliance dominated servers. Let them have the option to go to a pvp horde dominated server. Continue to allow transfers off of greatly horde dominated servers to alliance dom…
