Because Alliance doesn’t actually want to PvP in the same numbers as Horde, even when bribed to do so.
Blame it on what ever you want to warmode was still a failure
Yes I agree it’s not fair for the alliance … Did you think I did not agree or something ? You posted a response to my message earlier where I mentioned I have a thread with lots of suggestions where blizzard can fix this problem.
The only way that this could have been prevented was to balance the servers as they filled up at launch.
Now that the cat is out of the bag you can’t go back.
Players asked for a vanilla experience and they got it. Hindsight would have said to try and prevent the imbalance from occurring at all. But that would have been a change and people would have complained about that to.
So let them farm ? I don’t see the issue. Most servers are big enough to be 3 classic servers anyways.
This implies you are against faction queues. I already told you its easy to abuse the hell out of your solutions.
Faction queues are fine if the people waiting in queue can play on a different layer. That way they can still play. I also suggested making new servers where the balance would be enforced from the start. Then free transfers. Um hang on ill link them
It’s always funny to watch a stream or see a clip of a certain streamer whining and then all of a sudden there’s a dozen threads on the forums with the same idea they had.
Faction queue isn’t going to stop Alliance from sitting in Ironforge all day.
Better than what it is now…
400 alliance logged in
200 alliance @ lv60
60 alliance @ lv60 willing to PvP
1600 horde logged in
800 horde @ lv60
720 horde @ lv60 willing to PvP
That’s why faction queues help.
If some horde transfered to alliance then maybe they wouldnt be sitting in ironforge all day.
Also some servers are Alliance dominated as well.
You know what amazes me?
That the community created a problem and now they expect Blizzard to solve it for them.
You rolled PvP on a server that was unbalanced. That’s on you, not on them.
They even offered free transfers off those realms. You know how many people came posting that they were dead set AGAINST moving? There were dozens per day for weeks posting that.
You (the community) created this problem. It’s your job to fix it, not theirs.
If a queue was in place, most would transfer off which would help balance the server they left and contribute to balancing the server they’re going to.
The pvp servers were fairly balanced around launch. Blizzard opened free transfers then all the alliance transferred to heartseeker and arcanite reaper. Creating 4-5 imbalanced servers. The players don’t have direct knowledge of what faction is more balanced until they actually play on said server. Blizzard is not giving out information , and didn’t control the faction balance of the transfers. They created this problem. So I think they should fix it , instead of making players level all over agian.
Right now, they are still letting alliance transfer to earthfury when there is more alliance there. People are asking them to close it.
How so?
How can anyone tell?
Blizzard won’t LET us know, and then, they offered transfers off, sometimes (even now) faction specific?
How could that ever be a player’s fault?
If Blizzard would implement faction switching service, Id gladly pay to go alliance. Im sure others would too. After finally getting 60 and getting some gear, I dont have time to reroll.
