Also you took away Claw from Cats and give them Rake not sure if there is any advantage by doing that unless the Bleed over time create more or less damage.

Cats still have Claw. Rake is a Feral Druid ability.

And the talents Crower and Growl, why do we need two talents that basically to the same thing

No they do exactly the opposite things. Growl creates threat making the mob attack it. Cower reduces threat making the mob not attack it. You use Growl when you are out in the world questing so that the mob attacks your pet instead of you.

Some of the spectral pets have a minor heals I think, I don’t recall without googling.

Spirit Mend, yea. Only accessible as a BM hunter I believe since they’re categorized as exotic.
