Genuinely curious
Yes and no. If it is new, and I haven’t done it before, yes. If it is something I have done before, such as Wrath classic as I played Wrath, no, I don’t read the quest.
I use the addon that automatically turns in and accepts quests so no. There was a time I read quests but you can only read the same quest over and over so many times before it becomes pointless
I used to read the text but not often anymore.
Main quests, yes sometimes.
Otherwise all other quests are some serious filler stories
i was, 15 years ago, or go thottbot. Now i just use questie
I read them, not using quest add-ons so I have to read to see where I need to go… Gets annoying sometimes when it says “go east” and they mean across the zone, but don’t say that lol, but fun none the less
I read every quest. I use zero add-ons - never will.
On the first character, no. Unless it’s to find where to go.
Alts? Yes
I can’t read
No, questing is already boring enough without reading
This Sounds absolutely awful.
Some. If it’s something interesting, like pirates in howling fjord. If it’s some generic combat zone - no
Yes I do from time to time read them fully… but as times goes on and I’ve done countless ones I tend to them skip through the dialogue as quick as it lets me and use questie for all its worth…
Rest XP won’t let me… ;_;
I love it. I enjoy the writing - most of WOTLK’s quests are well written and provide lore and purpose to what Im doing.
What souns awful is just spazzing though the leveling process with no reasoning to what your current goal is.
i skim them and get the idea, I’m a fast reader I guess
I have leveled so many alts. No quest needs to be read ever again
I do sometimes.
