I haven’t logged in to WoW in a couple of years so it won’t even let me set up parental controls in account management. After I enter the 6 digit code from the email it says “account not found”. All I wanted to do is set up a play schedule for myself and have that apply to all of blizzard’s games (not just WoW).
Parental Controls are at the Blizzard account level and will apply to all Blizzard games under that Blizzard account. If you’re having trouble with the Parental Controls on your Blizzard account, please visit our support site and open a ticket.
You may need the Game Masters to remove or reset the Parental Controls. We changed the way these works a year or so ago. So if you had them setup before that (it looks like you did), then getting into them may be stuck.
