Here is a short guide for the Creation Catalyst. If anyone needs further clarification I will edit this post as needed. The Creation Catalyst can convert any Season 3 Raid, M+, PvP, World boss Antros or Sandworn Relic gear into a piece of your Season 3 Tier Set.
