You can glide without wings as Drac…
Pretty clear, you don’t care about the health of the game. Race fantasy doesn’t matter (not complaining about flying without being in dragon form). Just want to be OP
A Dracthyr always has their wings, but the visage keeps them hidden with magic. They can still use their wings.

Gotcha, other races have access to magic too, so it’s easy to justify them floating and double jumping around as well.
Excellent point. We should give the magic classes some kind of magical ability to fall more slowly.
Maybe Mages can get something called “slow fall,” and Priests can do something kinda like Xal’atath and move without touching the ground. That would be pretty cool if that happened.

Nothing, most of them are already better than glide. Maybe not vulpera or lightforged, but glide doesn’t put dracthyr anywhere near the strongest race that exists, probably not even top 5.

Very good. You discovered there are classes. But the problem is you responded to someone discussing races.

These are classes not races…
Not all races have magic. Dracthyr Visages, by their very nature, are a form of magic specific to dragons.
