Do Lowbornne or Low Elves exist?

:thinking:What do we call ordinary elves or commoners? Do High elves really “get high” because of what they are or is it just the luxury privilege feeding arcane addictions?

Night Elves.

Edit: not being snarky. The majority of the commoner class were the ones that rebelled during the war of the ancients. Most surviving Highborne became naga, high/blood elves, or nightborne. Though there is a group that has since reunited with the playable Night Elves (back in cata)

Kaldorei - common night elves - were the default “elf” when the distinction was first made between commoner and highborne. There’s your “low elves”.

night elves probably, however some of the highborne rejoined night elf society in cata which just kinda muddies things… and makes the night elf treatment of the nightborne a little confusing.

It’s basically what everyone else is saying in that the Kaldorei are the lowborne. High elves were the banished Highborne that refused to give up the arcane and what not after Azshara messed up the world by summoning the legion. However, lowborne is simply more an insult and the idea of lowbornes aren’t really a thing unless one is considering their elf is a highborne which still exist here and there “sort of”

Lowborne would be Night Elves because they hate Alliance People including Humans and Low Elves would be Void Elves because they drink too much Void Juice and less of Fel and Light.

That pretty much answers your Question. Through you do got the Highborne who are the Nightborne and the Jersey Shore borne who are the Blood Elves.
