Do Kids actually enjoy the Rap Music of today?

They lump them in with boomers

Stuff like mumble rap? Nah.

Stuff like J. Cole, Kendrick, Joyner, etc? Hell yeah.

Man I still remember getting introduced to hip hop by my first executive chef. We’d spend hours prepping for the day to 90s hip hop. We Tang always stood out to me

Just a bunch of buds, doing what they love to do, how they want to. ODB’s style was very unique to me. His style was his own

I’ll stick to lyric and ballad music ,the music now today is a lot of meaningless words though some rhythms are good but that’s it,imho.

Nobody listens to rap music from the 2000s nor top hits from the later decades of the 20th century. Music is dead as we know it.

It will be funny if millenials end up lump in with the Boomers as well. Gen Z seems rather outspoken.

Most of the people on here are gen x…fewer are like me boomers

I think those are the best rappers of today? lmao

oh you’re 16, that explains it

You do?

Anyway, I never said I thought that, literally not one time. I have no idea where you came to that conclusion . I was talking in general, I said that a few times lol

The only claim I made was that NBA Youngboy was :poop:

Yeah nobody is putting any of those guys in the top 5 unless they’re 15

Exactly my point, I was trying to provide an inside view, you can find lists that all have those guys at the top made by people around my age

Arguing about who’s music is the best is just pointless. You might find that rap music whack, but if those kids listen to the music you like they’ll most likely think it’s bad.

I like my local classic rock station since they cover from the '60s up to the '90s now. With that much variety I find little need to change channels.

Only rap I listen to is the old 90s stuff. Bone Thugs, Tupac, Biggie, Eazy-E, Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg. Y’know…the good stuff.

I know Vanilla Ice is a joke but this is one of my favorite rap songs of the 90s
