Do GMs Restore Missing Currency anymore?

Trying to find a way to submit a ticket in the useless forest of dead ends that is the customer support site.

Are GMs capable of restoring missing crests from a bugged mythic plus instance that broke on this weeks patch?

If so how do I actually get to the point where I can open a ticket?

If you’re finding it hard to open a ticket on something, then that’d be - generally - not something a GM can help with. GMs can’t give something that isn’t in the logs.

I get that but I wish they would be more upfront with it rather then linking a half dozen irrelevant articles. I think I found the correct way to submit it but they really don’t make it easy.

Not likely. When things break like that there are usually no logs backing it happening. Even if the root issue causing the bug is fixed, they often can’t undo the damage. If they could, they would have done it as a group if possible.

Just to ask, what did you file the ticket under?

One of the branching paths from Loot Problem. If you hit one of the support options not the main button but one off the main website after six or so branching paths it takes you to the point you can open a ticket.

Warns you they can’t do anything about masterloot issues etc. Its like a branching path adventure.

Yesterday I lost flame-blessed iron while transferring them to another toon, opened a ticket and today morning a gm gave me back my flame-blessed iron. They do sometimes.

That was because they could verify it through the logs, Idriyell.

Ah yes, I assume that as long as they can prove someone’s claim of lost currency, they can do something.
