No they don’t.
Depends on perspective, I think.
For someone like me, I’m a 2300 experienced priest, but I DH for fun in my off time. So I have the addons to track cooldowns and things like that. If I suspect sweep and I blade dance it by accident, I realize it. But that’s because DH is my alt for funsies.
The latter (at least for most)
DH players typically have big foreheads this allows them to press a large volume of buttons at the same time.
