I have yet to see a single dagger drop, and of course I need two of them. 
There’s 2 different rogue daggers from heroics, might even be 3 I think there’s also a rare epic one that can drop from one. But if you have extra jp u can convert and grab honor daggers as placeholders.
Commander Ri’mok from Gate of the Setting Sun and Flameweaver Koelgar from Scarlet Halls drop 463 ilvl daggers.
Wing Leader Ner’onok from Siege of Niuzao Temple drops a 476 ilvl dagger
You can transfer justice to honor and buy 458 gear like daggers if you are really unlucky. I did use that system a lot because pvp pieces with sockets can actually be as good if not better than heroic dungeon gear and it is deterministic loot so pretty useful.

Also you can spend a couple hours afking in rbg and get 483 daggers as well
The celestial dungeons come out on Tues think those items are 487ish can’t remember the exact ilvl of them

476 from Celestials and yeah, there’s your guaranteed daggers on Tuesday.

Got one from one of the bug bosses heroic wall. 463ilevel. My offhand is the pvp blue for now.
Yeah, I’ll have to do that. I even used a bonus roll on the first boss in MSV with no luck. Almost every other piece of gear is from heroics or MSV, but I’m still stuck with 2 quest daggers.
