I’m not sure species is the correct term for WoW, given how quite a few of the game’s “races” can interbreed and/or are literally just the same group but with a different magical influence. High elves, blood elves, and void elves aren’t different species, and I’m not even sure they’re different species from night elves and nightborne. Draenei are definitely a different species from others (though not from lightforged draenei). But humans and Kul’Tirans? And we know humans can interbreed with elves…
No one and nothing has been “cancelled”. Try being less randomly angry at things that don’t affect you.

Species, while less politically charged, isn’t totally accurate either. Void Elf, Blood Elf and High Elves are basically the same species. Same as Maghar and Orc, or Highmountain Tauren and Tauren, or all the Dwarf Clans, or Kul Tirans and Humans…or…
