Since we are technically in the final patch of wrath, does that mean everything that was s tier in icc will be s tier now?
Probably not directly only because fight mechanics will effect how much DPS you can actually pump out regardless of tuning.
OP you are looking at this wrong.
This is not a class issue. The dungeons and content are way too UNDERTUNED.
If you didn’t play wotlk you’re about to be shocked how simple this expansion is about to be. Get ready to say to yourself 1000 times, “wow it’s dead before I even got to do anything”
Wotlk is so undertuned it’s like always have full world buffs

Both IMO. Some of the classes got into that tier based on tier procs ect. Which they won’t have until appropriate phases are implemented
100% armor penetration was a hell of a thing.

The most OP DK was blood DK in Mists of Pandaria. I could easily solo 2’s in arena, and I suck at PvP.

Yep. My buddy did double blood 2s to 2.2k in I believe patch 5.4? He hasn’t been even 1800 before or after that season, but the double blood wasn’t possible to beat. They’d both pop dancing rune weapon and spam that anti-heal ability on one toon and they couldn’t be healed anymore

Also here soloing a dungeon means farming the early trash for XP, not beating the bosses usually.
Everybody is soloing utgarde not just DKs.
