Deathknights can only runeforge the rune of hysteria. All others are not usable.

I am unable to runeforge as well, on my alliance and horde DK. The only runeforge I can do is Rune of Hysteria
Wonder if this is related to the issue with enchanting vellums not working. Is it giving a specific error?
No, you can’t select any rune to enchant but the first one. It will enchant onto your weapon. If you click the others they just don’t select.
