So unless im unaware of them being moved the Runeforges in Ebon Hold are missing on PTR. I was doing some dummy testing and realized i forgot my forges. I death gated over and they are gone. I asked another dk I saw and they were missing for them too. Not having our runes for testing is a real problem.

I finally found it. You need to step on the transporter (red) and it will take you right to it
It came back after a cpl hours when i logged back in. Idk what it was
Its missing on live now too.
