The Runeforges in Ebon Hold is missing for some characters. Because a significant amount of player power is tied to the runeforges, this kinda, bricks a character.
(Maybe we could, just, Runeforge without them, one day? This is silly)

Having this issue right now on the Thrall server; the Runeforges in the Broken Isles version of Acherus are just gone.
Same issue. Their is a working runeforge in the Necrolords covenant sanctum for those that need it.
