If they were to remove the level requirement, they might as well lower the DK starting level so then it can’t be abused anymore, make’m start at like 10 or something. Level 10 doesn’t take super long to get to.

Thats fine. 55 is too much.
I don’t really care either way, but by the time any reasonable or official answer would come from this discussion, anybody could very easily have just leveled to 55.

Retail kept this until sl? Needed a high level to make dk or dh.
When they made exile isle start and chromie dk and dh could then be open create.
Since they finish intro starts at level 10. as does every class out of exile isle. Or a new allied race.

Yeah leveling is terrible. The level 55 requirement is stupid since it for trying to prevent bots but blizzard can’t do their job so now I have to be punished.

It’s there to prevent an army of bots. When there was no level requirement the bot problem was worse than it ever had been prior and I couldn’t imagine how Blizzard didn’t see that coming.
They should instead get rid of the 1 DK per realm cap, because that’s the cause of most of these complaints. People having to level to 55 on dead servers to make a DK to transfer it to their main realm so they can have more DKs.
That will need squishes to come to limit raw gold farming.
Legion had a history some in play to allow more than dk 1 by it.
Dh kept its 1 rule till sl end that I recall After more squishes. As an army of level 98? Start dhs could farm gold well.
Then both dk and dh start real game at level 10 now once intro done. Make as many as you want.
Or make an allied race . It be faster level 10s with the ar’s. No hour+ long start up quest.
