whats the cooldown on this now? i keep seeing their shield refresh just a few seconds after it falls off.
do they have like multiple charges of it now?

It’s a 1 minute CD but there are a few things that sort of look like it like a trinket that puts a yellow glowing orb shaped aura around the user then does aoe damage to targets nearby and heals for that amount, maybe you’re seeing one of those?
The horsemen cast it on you for free if you take that talent, so its up a lot if you take that.

Actually it might be the wax coating damage mitigation trinket, I’m getting them mixed up, the other one just does aoe damage and then heals.
Yep, Death Knights have a proc based AMS that can occur once every 45~s, gives them AMS @ 80% effectiveness.

getting nerfed by 50% today so likely very troll to take it over the other talent there which is honestly 100x stronger
