Divine Toll NOT WORKING with mouseover/focus macros

Current: When using a mouseover or focus Divine Toll macro, it randomly hits allies and enemies and makes it very inconsistent. Reason: This is because there is a bug where it takes only your player target and not the Divine Toll target conditions. Expected: When using a mouseover or focus Divine Toll macro, it should prioritize allies when aiming at allies and enemies when aiming at enemies.
