I just feel like Arthas has such a huge legacy in WoW’s story and to not have him a part of that story going forward just doesn’t sit well with me. I’m a huge Arthas fan. I’m a huge Sylvanas fan. It seems Sylvanas will be with us going forward but it doesn’t look like Arthas will be. I’m excited to see what they will do with Sylvanas in the future but at the same time I’m super sad about Arthas.
As much as I like Sylvanas I still have to say that I think Arthas is WoW’s most popular character. Sylvanas comes close and she has definitely seen more screen time than Arthas but Arthas’ story is a huge foundation for WoW’s overall story.
Those kind of reversals aren’t going to happen, just as Bolvar will never be able to wash the stain of being Forsworn off of his soul.
Actually I suspect that she will complete her paralelll development by dying as well.
