Its part of Goblin fantasy. Makes sense to be honest.

I can rock that answer, though… I don’t know, this has been going on since before Undermine.

As far as I know, only other casino may be on Kezan, the Goblin starter area, which got destroyed. Maybe pleasure palace.

But none of them are functional casinos.

Stuff like what?

The whole casino aspect was heavily regulated by Blizzard for expansions.

I don’t know, maybe I’m overlooking something… sorry. x-x

What casino aspect? This is where I’m confused.

Can you give an example of what you’re talking about? I’m very confused.

The original concept for casinos involving the roll system was regulated. They didn’t allow advertisement, they didn’t allow public interactions involving it. Again, maybe I’m just overlooking something…

My first job wayyy back was running a WoW casino, taking the gold and buying csgo skins, gambling the skins, then selling them for real money

Good times

There may or may not have been insanely shading practices going on

So is your concern about Advertisments in games?

wait there’s a casino now in game?

Sadly a non-functional one. Hoping Undermine would be WoW’s version of FFVII Gold Saucer.

Maybe one day.

OH… you’re talking about the roll games people put together. I thought you meant something Blizz is doing.

Here are the support articles:

Here’s a CS thread on it:

And a blue post from Vrak:

Edit to add an example of how the policy works:

Ok that makes more sense lol. I was so blindly confused at first.

OP. You’re not over thinking it at all. If you come across any instances of it that meet the critiera for a report from the articles that Sendryn posted, by all means, please report them!
