Yesterday I created and used the Disposable Spectrophasic Reanimator using Engineering for the first time. I was very happy with the result 
I also noticed that is stayed in my inventory and so its uses are unlimited!
The issue occurred today when I logged into my account. I noticed the item missing. I know I did not sell this item and I am not happy that it is gone. Could you please assist me in getting this item back?

That item stacks, yes? Given the name - and that it stacks, it probably isn’t meant to be permanent.

Indeed, that one is consumed on-use. I see bug discussion on Wowhead where the item remained in players’ bags even after use, and even (supposedly) remained usable.
It was intended to disappear on use, though. @OP if it stayed in your bags after use, that was the bug. Unfortunately you must craft or buy more in order to use the item again.
