I tried using the disenchant restore. I keep getting the following error:

Need the mats that you received from the Disenchant in bags when you do it
Did you try waiting a bit and attempting the restore again?
I believe you also cannot restore if you got knowledge points/items from the disenchant.
If you don’t have the mats to return you’ll not be able to restore.
You can, you just have to have the disenchant knowledge item in your bags (unused), and doing that will increase the amount of available catchup drops by 1.
Source: I did this, after an item that was bad turned out to actually be good with buffs and on longer fights.
Yeah still getting the same error.
Did you use the mats from the disenchanted item?
