âSwedishâ Sausage Pot
2 onions, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
6 Viennese sausages, cut in three parts and sliced lengthwise twice
1 teaspoon sweet pepper
140g/5oz tomato puree
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 pinch of chilli
650g/22oz potatoes, boiled and diced
2 dl milk
1 dl cream
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar, to taste
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 pinch of black pepper
1 bundle of chives, chopped (if desired)
Gently fry the onions and garlic in the oil in a large pan over medium heat until the onions are soft and clear but have yet to change color!
Add sausages and sweet pepper and stir for a few minutes. Turn down the heat a bit, add the tomato puree, ketchup, chilli and stir well.
Then add potatoes and milk and simmer for 3-4 minutes. Stir, add cream and season with apple cider vinegar, salt and pepper.
Heat well while stirring and serve warm with a good dash of chives.

Yeah really makes no sense if you consider the player population is much smaller than it is now. Why canât these servers handle logins? Why do we pay as much money as we do?
