So a different “World Server is Down” I guess! Perhaps flipping the Plunderstorm switch was not a good idea!

I have, but only once and that was a special Beta test. I already updated and I’m not seeing another since I restarted the Bnet app just now.

Initializing always takes longer than the actual patch. :dracthyr_cry:

Restart your computer and Battlenet to push the update through.

If your initializing slows to a crawl, try hitting the “pause” button next to it, wait 5 seconds or so, and then unpause it. That often speeds the download up again. You might have to do that a couple of times to keep it going.

I had to close everything and re-update twice to get it to work.

This is awesome to know, thank you. It can take ten minutes or more just to get through the initializing stage for some reason. Always has.

Sometimes a 6 hour maintence is just not enough.
