Disappointed

i read the customer support forum quite a bit and they will often tell you there what you said, they can not change anything but they do sometimes tell you exactly why you are suspended, the usual response is it doesn’t matter how toxic someone is towards you do not do it back, report and move on, should move your post there if you really want a chance to know.

thank you good sir, you’re the reason I’m banned. I’m resilient +15s at 3.3k rating as a brewmaster lol. i must not be that bad.

I do make mistakes, it happens, but so does everybody else. also, the people who say these things like you, usually only play DPS.

I’m just highlighting the overall theme here: You’re not going to get a pass because other people actions. You know full well what you was typing/saying. I have to be frank here, knock it off and start behaving. No one and forcing you to type those things. No one is making you behave such. You know full well what got you in hot water more then likely.

This is the problem. Someone else breaking the rules is not a free pass for you to break the rules.

That’s understandable. They used to provide snippets in the e-mail, but it was not pulling the correct logs, so it was disabled. This is something they want to continue, but it hasn’t been brought back yet.

If you are patient until Vrak or Orlyia gets in for the day, they will be able to give you a reminder. Having said that…

Sounds like you already know what the issue is, but they will likely let you know.

Yes, there is. It’s not allowed. Against the rules, and as you have found out, your account will be actioned for it.

If someone else is being toxic towards you, report them and put them on Ignore. Never respond to them.

Bandolera, you seem to be under the impression that a private message isn’t actionable.

I’m afraid I need to disabuse you of that notion. When it is this toxic and laced with this much profanity - and reported, it absolutely is.

This has been upheld, rightly so.
