We don’t want Dual Spec because of raids. We want Dual Spec so we can quest and do dailies like a normal person when I’m not in raid. We want Dual Spec so we can tank or heal a dungeon when a tank or healer is needed.

Will the sweaty try-hards try to do some crazy stuff to shave off a couple seconds off their boss kill time? Sure. Should any of us care about how fast the try-hards kill 20 year old bosses? No, we really shouldn’t.
