not really feeling like scrolling through 300 posts of random trolls saying the same thing over and over again. but the main issue i have is being able to change specs mid raid.
there are only two options, one: you think it does change something in raid and think it adds some additional flexibility mid raid, which fundamentally changes the way the game is played and two: it doesnt matter in which case why care at all whether you can or cannot change specs in raid.

- It changes nothing in raids. Raids have mages & warlocks. I played in Vanilla Classic in 2019 in a very casual guild and even we had people getting ported back to town to respec if the raid needed it. So no change there.
- What it does change it is values the player’s time and the player’s gold. I can do everything that Dual Spec does already in Era. It just takes more time and more gold. So it literally doesn’t change the game play at all.
It changes it for him because he thinks its gonna redefine how speed clearing is.
Yeah, that argument never made sense to me. Folks who were speed clearing were killing bosses in 30 seconds without bothering to respec. It’ll take longer to watch your cast bar finish for the respec than the second or two respecing would have saved you in the clear.
