Everywhere I looked said its not going away till 11/28. I just did the entire DK starting zone in classic and been waiting for this mount unlock in retail for a while now. Opened a ticket but feel like its going to be a long while before its seen.
Is anyone else having this issue?

Yes I did the entire quest and turned it into Thrall. He did his big speech and everything.
Same problem. Supposed to still be over a month left in the promo, made my DK on classic and finished the quest. Log into retail and no mount.
This being blizz I wouldn’t be surprised if there like nah we aren’t going to fix it we totally meant to end it early. Also not helping that right now they are spam auto closing tickets with automated nonsense and links to third party websites that have nothing to do with my ticket. Love having to keep making new tickets over and over.
Have you tried using wowhead?
One time I wanted to reply did you give wowhead basic db access to may see if sql might be really confused?
Yes, I am having this issue and also opened a ticket. Fingers crossed that it’s just a bug.
Does anyone else remember when you could call Bliz on the phone and talk to a live human?.. Sigh
Made a ticket as well, got a 100% useless automated response that wasn’t in any way related to the issue and the ticket was marked resolved…
i made a dk and went thru the full quest chain including talking to the leader of the major city and doing a quest or 2? I cant remember but after I did that and the leader told his people to accept me, Boom the mount unlocked.
Are you guys going thru the full chain or just thinking leaving the DK starting area is good enough?

Ok so you made sure you made it to stormwind and officially finished all Wrynn stuff? Like - no quests remaining after talking to King Wrynn?
I got mine no issues after that.
When you make it to Stormwind, go see the king and finish it. You likely still have to do something!
Thank you for trying to be helpful, but if you finished the quest during or after the patch on 10-25-22, none of us are receiving our mount. My partner finished on 10-23-22 and received the mount.
Fingers crossed that they fix this issue.
Sounds like an issue of they bug fixxed one thing, and broke something else. lol, good luck.
Just logged in now and it seems to be fixed for me at least.
