Bungie partnered with Activision to get destiny launched. They merely left the partnership. They’re owned by Microsoft Game Studios. Blizzard can’t leave cause Activision OWNS Blizzard. The only way for what you want to happen would be if Activision does what Vivendi did, sell Blizzard to another company and that’s just not going to happen considering how much the development team is worth.
