Is there a drop chance from the Dimmed primeval water? I have down the IceLord 8 times now. Zero drops pf the Dimmed Primeval Water. Is the only one I am missing for the trinket. I have no idea if is a chance drop or secured drop, because the other three dropped in the first kill. So I was lucky there, is a chance drop, or is bugged?

I saw some guy with the trinket earlier today, so yes it does drop.

They’re all pretty common I find
Best advice I could give if you don’t already know is to go to one of the spots for the piece(s) you need and spam the group finder and keep killing the bosses until it/they finally drop(s). There’s no cd it seems thankfully to looting the bosses so you can spam them.

They are all tradeable among everyone that tagged the boss regardless of group.

It’s not only the big boss that it can drop off. Also the boss elites that spawn as the boss shield gets reduced.
Ask in general chat after a kill. There’s always people willing to trade. You don’t even need to be in the same group or the same realm, just to be on the same kill.
Water was the slowest one for me. It took 12 kills or so, but then I got 2 in a row. RNGesus is cruel.
Ive had a couple drop. I finished my trinket a couple days ago so i give any dimmed drops out to the 1st person that asks after i post in general chat. A lot of people do that on my realm so just gotta keep an wye on general chat.
They are tradeable even if your not in a group. Anyone that tags the boss can be traded the item
I got one yesterday on my vulp lock.
I finished my trinket on Friday. I noticed the 1st boss kill after each daily reset always gave me part of the trinket so I made sure I was at one of the ones I needed after that. As others stated you can also ask in chat if anyone has an extra after the boss goes down. As more and more people get the trinket it shouldn’t be too hard to find someone with an extra.
Same here. I just ended up giving up with zero dimmed primevals.

Can’t wait to see Blizz acknowledge how unfair this is AFTER the event ends.
I’ve received about water 20 during the event. Even one earlier today. However, I am never in a group so can’t trade them with anyone. Can’t even sell them.
Fitting, if you think about it. 
So you’re telling me you spent alittle over seven hours, meaning at least Two separate spawns possibly three. & you didn’t get the one you needed?
Personally I was able to get the ones I was after within one 3 hour spawn. The only issue I had was getting online at the same time Storm was up. But during my time doing the event I’d often see people getting the drops and offering to trade them to whoever needed them still. & that was within the first few days of the event launch.
